How long does it take for shipping?
Orders made will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the payment and your detailed address.. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been placed. It will take 5 - 7 days for orders to be processed and another 2 - 6 days for delivery. An email containing your parcel number will be sent to you once your parcel has been shipped. 90% of the time, you'll received your order within the Estimated Arrival Date displayed on product info which is 1-2 weeks.
The delivery time depends on your location and your local post office's efficiency. If your item doesn't arrive on time, you can track your order with our Order Tracker or you can contact us.
Do you ship to my country?

We ship to any country around the Globe. We provide free shipping to customers in U.S., Canada and Philippines, and receives their order faster compared to other countries.

I placed my order, but why is the status still labeled as "Unfulfilled" when I log in to the website?
An "unfulfilled" status means that the order has yet to be packed and dispatched as the shipment has yet to be received by our office from our overseas warehouse or we have just received your items and are currently packing them.
Once the order has been packed & dispatched, the order will status will be updated to "fulfilled". Then, an automated e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to you.
I already placed my order, but can I still change/cancel my address/size/colour?

We will only accept changes in orders when you email us within 12 hours from the time you had placed your order. If you need further assistance, you may contact us via our Contact form here.

Where do the products ship from?

We have various warehouses around the Globe to ensure the fast delivery of all orders. Our main warehouse is located in Lewes, DE, but we also have stock of all products in China, Russia, Australia, and Philippines.

How can I track my package?

You can track your order from the Track Order Page in our website using the Tracking Number we send to your email.

How long are the shipping times?

Shipping times are according to your location. It usually takes 1 week if you're from the Philippines, 2 - 4 weeks for the product to arrive if you live in the United States or Canada, and 4 - 6 weeks if you live anywhere outside North America.

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing time in different countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.
